"Tried the recipe again and even better this time around. I sauteed 1/2 the onion with garlic and let cool. I also used panko italian bread crumbs instead which had a better taste. I still added parm cheese, salt and pepper to the recipe. When I had problems rolling the meatballs I sprinkled more bread crumbs on top of the mixture which made it easier to roll. I also baked them 400 for 20 min. I sprayed the pan and then the top of the meatballs, turned them after 10 minutes for even browning. This is worth trying."

"Really good, I will make again. I added parm cheese to the recipe as I would with a traditional meatball recipe. I also added salt and pepper. I rolled them in a combination of oat bran, bulgar, and parm cheese."
