"I followed the recipe and used 1/4 cup per cookie. After baking 15 min. the center was still raised up and gooy inside. I tried a table spoon with the same results. Rather than a thick cookie I had a ball with a flat bottom. Although the cookie was moist it seemed to lack some type of flavor. Not sure what, maybe vanilla. Any suggestions? I will try the recipe again with many modifications. I will use some of the ideas I read on the review page."

"We found the bars to be too sweet. (even with ice cream on top) I will make them again but may sub the chips for chopped pecan. Also, if not refrigerated the bars tend to get soft and sticky."

"I fix this when I'm short on time. Sometimes I use canned chicken when I can't take the time to cook the breasts and it works just as well. However, the crust is mushy if there are leftovers the next day."

"I made this the first time when my children and their family's came for a visit. It was a hit..they split the what was left of the cake and took it home. The second time I made it was for the St. Patricks Day luncheon at the senior center;)...Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Thanks for another successful treat."

"I used 3 very large skinless chicken breasts, bone in. I made a few changes. I used 1 tablespoon of butter and added 1 - 2 tsp of olive oil. I also used Seasoned Salt in place of table salt. A great recipe to keep in my recipe box."

This recipe was fast and easy. I liked that. I always follow the recipe the first time then make changes. However, this one was so good I won't be making any chnages it's perfect. I also served mashed potatoes with it but rice would be better. The true test is whether my husband takes the left overs to work for lunch the next day. He did, so this is a keeper.

The flavor was great! Everyone liked it and I will continue to make this recipe. I think I may have done something wrong because it was very soupy. After we got past that the kids ate 2. I had just enough left for my husband and me to have one each the next day. This is a keeper!
