Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I followed some of the recommendations from the previous reviews.. doubled all the vegetables and omitted the seasoning substituting cajun seasoning with hot sauce. I cooked the sausage before hand and deglazed pan with a bit of white wine to get use of all of the drippings. The sausage was added when the shrimp were, which I doubled as well. With these modifications I found the dish great!
