Saucy Center Chocolate Cakes
This is awesome! Betty Crocker I'm not...this makes me look like her!
My daughter and I made this in less than 40 minutes. We substituted 1 Tbp. Kahlua for hazelnut coffee syrup.
We have wanted to make these for 3 years. Thought it would be difficult. Probably easiest dessert we have ever made. And we made them Gluten Free! Substituted gluten free flour for regular flour.
The recipe made 5 ramekins, 6oz each.
This is going at the top of our favorite list!

Gluten-Free Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
This was a fantastic, delicious (GF) way to mimic a chicken pot pie. I used already prepared chicken strips, so I would suggest using less salt if your chicken strips are already seasoned. Other than that, everyone had seconds and it made for a great leftovers!!

Gluten-Free Ooey Gooey Rocky Road Bars
Needed to take a gluten free dessert to a friends. It was easy to prepare and reminded me of hello dolly's/magic bars.
Marshmallows browned quickly....good thing we kept an eye on things!
Thanks Betty Crocker for making gluten free products!

Gluten-Free Blueberry Corn Muffins
These are delicious! Thanks Betty Crocker!! I better eat them fast before my non gluten free family members get a hold of them. They will love them too. Almost left out the orange zest and very glad I didn't. Just adds that something special.
This is a keeper. Fast, all in one bowl (a must) and tasty GF! Wow..

Gluten-Free Russian Tea Cakes
Okay....they fell apart! REALLY fell apart! But they were delicious! So hence, carefully pick them up and eat over the sink! Enjoy!
Also, I gave up on rolling them too and dusted wtih powdered sugar.

Not as good as they look. Also, VERY oily. Taste...OK... Took longer to cook than 40 minutes.... a bit disappointing.
If you are going to try this, add garlic, or mushrooms, more cheese? Not sure...

Hearty Beef Stroganoff
I made this recipe the other night and it was a hit! I changed some of the ingredients to make it gluten-free. Instead of regular flour, I used the Betty Crocker GF bisquick. Also, instead of beef broth (which I didn't have in the house), I used a GF mushroom soup. This just added to the cream style flavor. I also used gluten free noodles.
My husband asked if I would PLEASE make it again, and my daughter who is a "carbo kid"...said, "It was wonderful"!! This will be a favorite for us, for sure. By the way, it was quick too. Only had an hour to make dinner and it came out as if it had been in a crock pot all day! p.s. We fought over leftovers :)

Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
This was by far, a FAVORITE! My husband ask for thirds! Also, it was Gluten Free...not easy to please the whole family, and everyone (even my teenager) liked it!
This recipe is highly recommended!
