"made this for my sister's b-day this weekend. Everyone loved it, followed the demo from the Mixer class & tips (a big plus for me!) I seasoned the chicken prior to coating w/flour, ess, etc & that was helpful. Couldn't find feta cheese, and had to substitute the above dressing w/fat free italian dressing that we had on hand. the salad was great and I made extra for the next day but my sis couldn't help but keep having more! Definetely a keeper, thanks! =D"

"Not a bad recipe- my brother-in-law got together to make this for Mother's day luncheon. he complained that it got a little messy, but after seeing the video her on this website on how to cook w/panko crumbs- I'll try it next time (looks cleaner & easier), he also said that it needed some sea salt to bring out the flavor- it did have a little lemon aftertaste, but the fish did cook pretty well."

"this is a very light & refreshing cake. Made it for my sister's birthday, I'm usually bringing them strawberry cakes, but wanted something different. This was good, very quick and tasty, did add more zest to the frosting and squeezed some lemon juice into the frosting as well- smelled great while mixing. Noticed that frosting gets a little runny if left out too long, so crumb coat your cake layers, put in fridge, then frost completely and keep in fridge until ready to eat, added some lemon slices on top and cake sprinkles- my family thought it looked better than a bakery cake. Thanks Betty Crocker! =D"
