"This is so easy to make and delicious! The leftover chicken makes great quesadillas as well; just dice it, add cheese, and heat in folded tortilla in a pan. I sometimes freeze leftover breast halves then thaw in fridge overnight to use in quesadilla the next day."

"I make these all the time. I double the garlic and add it to the mix rather than brushing it on with butter. I also add a little more cheese than the recipe calls for because I like cheese. I try to eat just a couple but always end up eating more than I plan."
