Slow-Cooker Southwestern Pot Roast
This was my first attempt at using my slow cooker. I cooked it for ten hours and the meat tasted like butter. It fed my family of three and we had about half of it left over. For about $16 and ten minutes of work, it created six meals.
Buy a package of egg noodles and pour the leftover meat on top to create a "Yankee Southwestern Pot Roast".
