Black Bean and Corn Enchiladas Ok, well this meal was a real hit with my family. If you are concerned with the nutritional facts tweek it. If not make it as it is. But the ratings should only be based on the recipe itself and the way it cooks, tastes, ect... Not on how much fat or sodium is in it. I made some changes to mine but that's nothing unusual. I do that to most recipes.
