Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
"I like this with a rue flavored our and butter with meat renderings from some of the meat I pan fry to brown it off not to cook thru, its slow cooked again with the added rue or Ghee for flavors the rue also will thicken the sauce as well. I also like garlic flavor so to the sauce I add either garlic powder or roast a clove mashed into the sauce and stirred in to finish I like the noodles cooked in chicken stock and buttered prior to serving dust with chives and parsley fresh and a top of green onion sprigs chopped very good dish. try to taste cheers I manage the salt those soups are very salty add low fat cream cheese to the sauce instead of just cream cheese i cant tell the difference but the salt absorbs in the meat just as well thats why I dont add salt to the noodles using stock flavors enough the greens add a layer of season."

Slow Cooker Lasagna
"use low fat cheeses and cottage small curds and use light organind season inside meat mix with seasonings and spagetti sauce from your stores selection and I season with roastered garlic butter to sourdough the garlic sourdough to the middle layer to soak up the fat and oils and slow cooked its absorbed with the flavors and adds the garlic sparing to the layer inside to make the layers more savory I add lowfat cream cheese I top with chives and parsley in the cheese mix to top add to the dish a cup of V*8 spicy to the broil before the top of cheese this spices and adds more savory to the sauce add to the juiicyness and lessens the bitterness or acid this dish can have. Sugar works if its to acidic buy like all seasoning sparingly and always taste the sauce before finish of dish."
