Hurry-Up Potato Salad
"This recipe is getting a bad rap by others for some reason. I have this recipe and love it an get great compliments when I serve this at many functions. One thing I do that is quicker and easier is I do not boil the frozen hashbrowns. It causes them to be too watery. I place them in a glass bowl and put them in the microwave on defrost. Works great. I also do not add the mayo since I do not like it. "

Slow Cooker Pork and Potatoes with Rosemary
"This recipe caught my eye since we love the flavor combo of rosemary and pork. I just planted lots of rosemary around my yard and have lots to use. I can not wait to serve this to my hungry crowd."

Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie
"Does anyone know or have they tried to use canned sweetpotato for this recipe to make it a sweetpotato pie? I would like to make the pumpkin and sweetpotato at our family's buffet for Thanksgiving and this recipe looks like it might do it."

Easy Peach Kuchen
Rating:
I lived in Germany for 6 years and Kuchen is literally translated as Cake. Nothing more than just plain cake. I love this recipe although I used pears and walnuts to make it authentic. Another tip which is hugely popular now in Germany is to cover the pear kuchen with a chili chocolate sauce that makes it delicious. Chili Chocolate is hugely popular in Germany and adds a new twist to the flavor of pear kuchen.

Spaetzle
Rating:
I lived in Southern Germany for 6 years and learned to make Spaetzle. This recipe is very good here I have tried it and it comes very close to the Spaetzle recipes I learned from my German neighbors. Although the picture that is next to the recipe looks like Pizza. Spaetzle is a Pasta not a pizza. The picture looks yummy though and wonder what recipe it represents.
