"Ok but not what I expected. I had leftover buttermilk to use so I chose this to go along with some homemade chili. It was heavy and savory. You could have made a meal of this alone. I made it more enjoyable by melting butter and cheese over each slice. We threw a lot out since I had made a double batch and cornbread usually goes fast in our house."

"This was pretty good; but as others have said, somewhat bland. I added more soy sauce to my dish after I served it. I would make it again; but try to increase the flavor of the sauce."

"Proof cooking doesn't have to be complex to taste fantastic. I served this over rice but it would also be very good over egg noodles. You could easily jazz this up with some vegetables or spices too. But it doesn't need them. I love that the meat is tender...nothing worse than dried out meat."

"I thought this was just OK; which really disappointed me. It was on the dry side. I would have enjoyed it more with some kind of white sauce on it. The cheeses are excellent I did have to use regular feta since we could not find tomato-basil one it called for. I added dried basil as well. If I make it again I'll try to add more of a sauce to it and I will add a meat; either sausage or chicken. But I'm in no hurry."

"These were simple and FANTASTIC! I added a little wine to the slow cooker and oh my goodness! My husband requested these again soon. Even our toddler ate it up! Since I added some extra liquid I had a good bit of extra broth in there. I would suggest; do not waste it! We let it soak into the bread a bit. Delicious!!"

This was a hit with my husband and my toddler! The leftovers were just as good as it was hot out of the oven. I did not change the recipe at all. I will be making it again soon!

I just made this for the first time and I will definitely be making this many times in the future!! I couldn't find the particular brand of salsa it calls for; so I used another one that contained cilantro. I also used a green pepper instead of red. It is delicious even without giving it time to marinate! I can't wait for dinner tonight!!

This is a super easy and yummy smoothie recipe! One word of caution; the frozen peaches I used weren't very sweet, so the smoothie wasn't as sweet as I expected/hoped. But still very good!

This recipe was pretty good. I used chopped broccoli instead of green beans. My lid didn't seem to fit very well on the casserole dish I used; so I ended up adding some more vegetable broth when I added the broccoli. It did turn out good in the end. Definitely a nice, hearty meal for a cold rainy day!

This was very good but I made a few changes. I doubled the rice (it will need to cook longer if you do this!) and I used brown rice instead of white. I also used summer squash because I couldn't find zucchini. It was really good that way though! It's not my favorite recipe; but I will make it again. Even my 14 month old ate it right up!
