"How about making just a hamburger goulash? 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion(diced), 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 small can tomato sauce, and elbow or penne pasta. Brown meat and onion add tomoes and sauce, salt and pepper,simmer a few min. then add cooked pasta"

"A little trick I learned. I first used it in beef stew. Use instant mashed potatoes. Works like a charm. sandy"
