Chicken-Parmesan Potatoes
"My family did not like this at all! It was bland yet had just enough flavor to taste really bad. It left an awful after taste in my mouth...I couldn't choke down a whole plate of this. My 22 month old daughter ate all of hers, but with a frown. I'm not sure what the problem was, I generally like all the ingredients in this dish, but this combo was just wrong for us."

Impossibly Easy Chicken 'n Broccoli Pie
"My family are not broccoli fans, but we try to eat it 1-2 times a week as part of a healthy diet. I made this exactly by the recipe the first time & it was edible for us, but not great. I could tell it could be good with some tweaks though so I tried it again. This time instead of using 1 cup cut up cooked chicken I used 2 cups, instead of 10oz. broccoli I only used 8oz., it called for 1/4 tsp pepper but I increased it to 1/2 tsp, I used 1 & 1/2 cups cheese inside the bake instead of just the 1 cup, & on top I sprinkled 3/4 cups cheese instead of just the 1/2 cup. We really like it this way! Both ways were super quick which is always great!"

Fiesta Taco Casserole
"Pretty good...was a great way to sneak in beans, which my family typically dislikes. I added a pkg of taco mix to the meat/bean/salsa mixture. I can't imagine it would have had too much flavor without it. I also didn't bake it with the chips; instead I pour the crushed chips into bowls & then spooned the mixture over it when it was done. I added shredded lettuce & a dollop of sour cream on top of each bowl before serving. We will have this again!"

Chicken Rice Skillet
"My family did not like this! It was edible but that was as far as it goes. It was VERY bland, if you decide to make this you should add some spices. Just wasn't a good combination of ingredients to us. I added extra cheese...that helped make it tolerable."

Quick Chicken Quesadillas
"This recipe was so quick, easy & tasty! I used all the ingredients it called for plus I added a tsp of ground red pepper & Taco Bell "fire" sauce to the chicken/salsa mixture. I doubled the recipe for my family of 3, which gave 2 extra quesadilla's for my fiance's lunch. I used the huge burrito tortillas & just used one for each quesadilla instead of using 2 like the recipe called for. I put the ingredients on half the tortilla, then folded it over in half & cut it into fourths when it was done with a pizza cutter. It only took me about 15 min to do them all & they were great! I had trouble finding the chicken it called for, but I finally found it. Tyson makes it & it's in bags next to the shredded cheese at my grocery."
