"This recipe was great! The only thing I did extra was add just a tiny bit of fresh lemon juice. I took the extra time to strain out the raspberry seeds and the frosting was perfection. This is something that I will definately bake again. Delicious."

"I don't bake often and have never attempted a carrot cake before. This was an easy recipe that turned out fantastic. My whole family loved it and it didn't last long in my house. This will be a reciped I do again."
