Mexican Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
"Very disappointing. There was very little flavor in the cheese, and the taco seasoning in the bread was overpowering. I like the idea, but this needs major tweaking before I make this again."

Sausage-Stuffed Pasta Shells
"Oh my god this was good. I substituted low-fat cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese and it worked out great. I'm still having issues cooking the pasta shell too long, because they always come out split or in pieces. Luckily, that doesn't take away from the flavor at all. Highly recommended!"

Mexican Pasta Shells
"These shells are amazing! This was another dish that I made for my dad and older brother, and we all loved them. I can't imagine the 12 shells feeding 6 people, since the three of us ate them all. My only note for these "Pacos" (pasta tacos), as my brother has named them, is to make sure you don't cook the shells for too long, or else they will be too flimsy to hold the meat mixture."

Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs and Spaghetti
"Wonderful meatballs. Just remember you need to freeze the cheese cubes for at least an hour before you start making the meatballs. I almost missed that part. Also, be gentle when stirring the meatballs into the sauce...they have a tendency to squirt cheese if you're not careful ;)"

Baked Chicken Wings
"These wings are wonderful! I made them for my dad and my older brother (who doesn't like much) and they both loved them. I tweaked the recipe so that the chicken keeps its flavor better: double the sauce, let it marinade for at least 4 hours (turning it every hour), and bake them in a dish with the sauce almost covering them. You won't get fully crispy wings, but the flavor is much stronger this way. Also, they weren't very spicy at all (and I don't like things very spicy), so next time I'll add more or stronger Tabasco sauce."
