Slow-Cooker Chicken Stew with Pepper and Pineapple
This recipe should not be a slow cooker recipe. I made it last night and by the time I got home from work the chicken was in shreds. Taking into consideration some of the earlier reviews I went a little more heavy on the soy sauce, hot sauce and ginger and really liked the flavor. I would consider trying this recipe again in a wok or other stovetop pan, but never again in a crockpot.
