"I agree with cshem, I cooked it for the minimum length of time for low (5 hours) and the edge was indeed burned and inedible, while the center was totally dried out. I may try again but cook for half the time. "

"I, too, like the taste, but I found the batter very dry, such that it would not stick to the cookie sheet when coming out of the press. I tried moistening the batter, but it didn't work too well. I ended up making a slice-and-bake roll out of it. Any others find this too?"
