"These are fantastic. Super easy, very moist, not too sweet, perfect ginger flavor. And I nearly always have the ingredients on hand (I love ginger), so it's easy to whip up semi-last minute."

"This recipe is just fantastic. I make it regularly, though I tend to use cheddar as no one in my house likes Swiss cheese. Everything's better with bacon!"

"A great recipe - what a great way to show off good cheese! Well-balanced, light, not real fussy; definitely will make this again!"

"This recipe is fantastic, always sure to please. It's so moist, easy to make, and delicious. I sometimes make a light glaze for it, or a homemade cardamom or allspice whipped cream to go with it, but neither are necessary."

"A little tedious to make, but we tend to make a ton and freeze them for later - for a night when we don't have quite so much time (just make sure to thaw them first, or they will be raw in the middle). Well worth the wait though, very tasty, a definite crowd-pleaser. We had some stick to the pan and come apart, but practice makes perfect. We've also thrown them in the deep-fryer."

I tend to put in a cup or two of chicken stock (or whatever I have handy, sometimes just water) which gets drained out at the end - sometimes I thicken it to make an "au jus" style sandwich and use that as the sauce instead of the mayo, or keep it as stock to use later. Spice it a little differently, throw on some barbeque sauce instead, and you've got some good pulled pork!! Very versatile!

This recipe is fantastic and so versatile! I've put in (on different occasions) chickpeas, some rotisserie chicken, canned tuna, and feta cheese, among other things. Works great as a side dish or as lunch (especially if a protein is added).

I found this recipe to be greasy and overall unenjoyable. The noodles didn't quite cook through, the texture was strange, and there was grease absolutely everywhere.

I roasted the squash first, to make it easier to peel and give it more flavor, and put both chives and nutmeg on top. Made a great start to a winter meal, goes well with a spicy main dish.
