Slow Cooker Beef and Creamy Potato Casserole
"Has a good flavor, was thinking some cheese mixed in might taste yummy. Watch how long you cook it for though. I work 10 hr shifts, started the crock pot at 6:30 am, had the hubby turn it to keep warm at 2pm. Just checked it after getting off at 5pm and all the edges that touch the inside of the pot were burnt to unrecognizable crisp. I'm happy though that it doesn't have a burned flavor, we can still eat it for dinner! I had a frozen pizza for back up plan, but won't be needing it."

Sage Chicken and Potatoes
"This was a great and EASY dinner! I made homemade chicken gravy using chicken broth & poultry seasonings, FANTASTIC flavor! I am not a fan of jar or packaged gravy. My husband even had a 2nd helping and my daughter gobbled her helping up!"

Sausage and Potatoes Italiano
"Just finished this for dinner. Not too bad. It is pretty salty, I never add salt to my cooking, before or after. It was a pretty good meal though. Of course, I find out that my husband doesn't like italian sausage AFTER he sits down at the table. So I will give this recipe one more shot...but I'll replace the italian sausage with either elk, deer or beef meat. I also thought about cubing some ham chunks and mixing it in instead. "

Zucchini Bread
"I made this recipe tonight. It turned out better than I expected (only because I cook at 8,000 ft & you never know how a recipe will turn out the first time)! The cloves were a bit too much, I might cut that down to a pinch next time. It was very moist, I substituted apple sauce for the oil and added a small box of vanilla pudding. I also sprinkled Sweet Cinnamon topping by Pampered Chef on the top before putting in the oven and added a very nice touch to it. My husband had 6 slices when it came out of the oven. My 6 year old daughter helped me mix it and said "yuck mom, what is that stuff?" (ref to the zucchini) and vowed to not even taste the bread. Well, she had 2 slices herself!"

Gluten Free Best Ever Banana Bread
"I just popped the loaves out of the oven. I have to say that it is a decent mix for a "quick shortcut" to this quick bread delight. I added a box of banana pudding, cinnamon, nutmeg & a pinch of cloves to the recipe. It is very banana tasting with just the right hint of spices. Oh, I also sprinkled Sweet Caramel topping by Pampered Chef on top before putting it in the oven. That added a delightful touch too!"
