Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings For those who commented that their dumplings fell apart, make sure that you turn the heat down to a gentle boil. Rapid boiling will break dumplings apart. Very nice recipe. I used both fresh and frozen veggies and my own homemade chicken stock.
