Tilapia with Cucumber Salad Made this using Swai and Panko bread crumbs. I followed the directions to the T, and it was fabulous! My husband didn't think he'd like the cucumber salad on top, but he loved it - it's the perfect tangy bite to go along with the crunchy, lemon-pepper fish. I will be making this often!

Easy Turkey Pot Pie Yum! This was a real husband pleaser recipe too. I scaled the recipe to make 4 servings. I used one entire can of Cream of Mushroom Soup as that's what I had on hand. Also used reduced sodium chicken base mixed with water to make a half cup, as I did not have the chicken stock. It's an adaptable recipe- Very easy, very tasty, and will make this again and again.
