"Made these cookies to take to a Tea. I modified the recipe based on other's recommendation by mixing about 1/2 teaspoon of lemon flavoring into the egg before adding it to the cake and Kool whip. Additionally, took one of the reviewers recommendation and put the powdered sugar in a measuring cup. Took a tablespoon of batter and whirled it around in the cup. It works great, with little mess. I did use 1 cup, not 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and it really is needed. The cookies are delicious and something I will be proud to serve. Thanks everyone for all the tips."

"Just made these cookies; just added 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans. Left the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes, like instructions said, before making the balls. Baked them 12 minutes in my oven. They are perfect and will be great around the holidays. So easy, yet so tasty. My entire family loves them...oldsters and youngsters. Thanks."
