Boneless Ribs
"What I do is marinate the ribs (boneless or otherwise) in a plastic zip lock bag with MANGO JUICE ... for 8 hours or overnight and just before you grill them dry them off and and save the juice . cook the the juice till it is reduced and then cool .."

"Our daughter purchased DIABETES EASY FAMILY MEALS magazine back in Feburary 08, when I found that my doctor said I was a boardline diabetic, I love that magazine, I have made almost every meal and dessert in it. But to this day ,I can not on the stores"
