I would have to say this recipe was ok. Reason being, the malted milkballs add too much of a cruch. Now, they are a pretty decoration, but they are really not nessisary to eat in one bite. My solution, take them off and save them for after the cup cake!

The are really good and really cute! The only advice i gve is DO NOT leave them overnight or the cones get soggy, otherwise, they are a good snack anyday!!!
