Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fry Chicken
I just happened upon this recipe today. I realized I had everything that I needed to make it today. I must say I love this recipe. It takes no time at all to cook, once you do the prep work. Like the person before me said, it was a little bland. I took that into consideration when I prepared it and substituted crushed red pepper for the cayenne. I just shook a little in as I was preparing the sauce. It gave it a kick. I cut down on the amounts because I prepared only enough for one. Will make this again. It is a pretty dish, served over boiled rice. Thanks Betty, good recipe.
