White Hot Chocolate Cupcakes One of my favorite Betty Crocker recipes--SUPER easy to make, adding the melted chocolate gives the cake a wonderful consistency, and dunking in melted chocolate instead of frosting saves SO MUCH TIME! The only issue was the marshmallow, but the second time I did them, I sprayed my spatula with cooking spray and had ZERO problem with the marshmallows sticking. Next time, I will try to torch the marshmallows and see how that works. This recipe is amazing!
