Chocolate-Coconut Candy Bar Cake
Let me tell you, if you like coconut, mounds or almond joy candy bars you will die for this cake. I even added a whole almond on top of each candy bar before icing with the chocolate and it was just enough to put this over the edge delicious! You have to make this, might seem a little bit much as far as the steps but the anticipation of eating this cake and the way it turned out was so worth it.

Asian Chicken Tenders with Zesty Lemon Sauce
This taste better than the chicken from our local Asian place and is so easily made. This is definitely a keeper! The review by Federoff is a great idea and might try it next time. I dipped these in peanut sauce though. Family favorite!

Snow Covered Crunch Bars
These are great and I agree with NewWife about them being like "PuppyChow" I never knew the name for that snack made with chex cereal but thanks to her I do now. I love that and these as well. Would make again and again and....

Salty Caramel Peanut Brittle Bars
When I was about 10 or 11 years old my Aunt used to make some bar cookies that tasted like candy bars. Since, she has passed away and I never did get her recipe. I made these and the memories came flooding back of her Candy Bar cookies. With the exception of the salt they tasted exactly like the ones she used to make. I love the addition of the sea salt for that salty sweet combination these were delicious and everyone loved them, in fact they were gone faster than I made them. I highly recommend this recipe for anyone with a sweet tooth that loves caramel and nuts. Excellent recipe!

Maple Walnut White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Easy and Amazing! I have always loved Maple Walnut anything, so needless to say I was going to try this easy recipe. And I have to tell you it is very deserving of the win. Incredibly easy, and very delicious. I wouldn't change a thing and plan to save this for years to come and pass it on to my children and grandchildren.
