"The meatballs had a good flavor to them -- healthy too. The recipe definitely didn't make enough sauce. It should be tripled or quadrupled at least."

"I used tuna steaks because they were a lot less expensive than halibut. Next time, I will not cut the onions into thin slices, instead I will cut them into thick wedges and halve instead of slice the mushrooms. Making all the veggies into bite size chunks makes the meal prettier, but will also keep some crunch to the onions since it is a stir-fry. I thought it had good flavor though, especially wiht the garlic and ginger, and I served it over white rice. Super healthy for sure!"

"Whoever said this was bland must have left something out! This recipe was sooo EASY, delicious and had TONS of flavor. I did season the drumsticks with a little salt & pepper before browning them. The spice pack that comes with Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice together with the garlic and herb cream cheese spread lended all the flavor the dish needed. The rice had a creamy texture, and the vegetable were roasted tender, keeping alll their yummy flavors, especially the butternut squash! With so few calories, this will be a new rotating dish in my house :o)"

"Phenomenal!!! I could not find fire roasted diced tomatoes, so I just used regular diced tomatoes with onion and garlic. Also, being a huge garlic lover, I added a few teaspoons of minced garlic to the tomato mixture and let that simmer before adding it the butter/cream sauce. This was so delicious! Definitely restaurant-quality! Sooo easy to make~"
