This was my 1st cobbler. The dough was way too salty for me! My baking powder had sodium in it, and my butter was salted. Next time, I think I will use unsalted butter and no baking powder. It was AMAZING with Blue Bell's Homemade Vanilla ice cream, regardless :)

I changed the ingredients quite a bit. I used 1 lb of high quality chicken breast (cut up), 8 oz fettucini, light alfredo sauce, milk, a bag of sugar snaps, a bag of broccoli florets, Boar's Head pepperoni slices, bell peppers, sweet onion, parmesan, and fresh baby spinach. It made over 5 quarts in servings!!! Delicious!!!
