Basil Chicken Salad
My whole family loved this recipe! I made it into wraps and used fresh spinach. My fiancee and his mother said they had never had chicken salad like this one, and it was one of their favorites!

Oriental Chicken Skillet
This actually tasted wonderful, and it was pretty easy. I used a bit more water than instructed because I wanted it a little soupy and I'm glad I did, because although it wasn't soupy at all, one and a half cups of water isn't quite enough. My only problem with the recipe is the food looked awful. It tasted great, but if you're looking for something to cook that needs some presentation, this isn't the recipe for you.

This cornbread turned out absolutely perfectly and it was delicious! I served it with the Border Chicken and Bean soup and it was the perfect combination.

Cheesy Pizza Casserole
This casserole was phenomenal! I omitted the olives because I don't care for them and used fresh sliced mushrooms instead of canned. I really recommend using the fresh mushrooms because they turned out so well! Overall, this meal was fairly easy to make and definitely delicious. Perfect with salad.

Ham and Scalloped Potatoes
This is a very, very tasty meal, but a few words of caution. You don't want to heat the sauce until it's boiling. Heat it slowly until it's slightly thickened and very smooth. Then it's ready. Other than that this works great!

Border Chicken and Bean Soup
My boyfriend said this is the best thing I've ever made! Which almost makes me sad because it was one of the easiest....however, I agree. It's very good and incredibly easy. Will definitely be making over and over.

Harvest Skillet Supper
This was a healthy, flavorful meal that I really enjoyed. And it looked every bit as good as it tasted!

Dijon Chicken Smothered in Mushrooms
This meal was absolutely wonderful! It's now one of our favorites. I added lots more mustard to the sauce and while it was thickening I cut up the chicken and added it to the sauce so the it was covered really well and absorbed more of the flavor. I served it with green beans and onions (cooked in a bit of oil and chicken broth) and roast rosemary potatoes.
