I love this salad! It is the perfect balance of salt and tang and texture! Making it 'as is' will result in a perfect dish, but there is definitely room to change it for your own tastes. During lemon season, I use extra lemon juice for a little extra zip. It's yummy.

Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie
This recipe is definitely easy. It is not as good as it is easy, though. It wasn't bad, but it was not a hit with my family. I don't think we'll be making this again. If I tried it again, I would use a different cheese or couple different kinds, and maybe another egg to fluff it up a bit.
