"My family loved this recipe with some variations. I have not tried the original recipe. I used regular whole kernel corn instead of Mexicorn. I also added 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, 1/2 can of black beans and 1 can cream of onion soup. My 4 year old daughter and my husband raved about it. "
