"AMAZING! I made this the other night for dinner and both my wife and I thought it was incredible. It's definitely a low effort high output meal for something this tasty. Throw some steamed veggies on the side and it's a meal. I will certainly be making this again, especially if I ever want to impress some friends or family."

"I made this last week and my wife Loved them! I added some fresh broccoli (cut into small pieces) to the mixture and doubled the curry paste. I also used a little soy sauce and garlic when cooking the chicken, just because that's what I always do when cooking for an asian flavor. I highly recommend using a sweet chili sauce or a peanut sauce for dipping on the side. They were great by themselves but with the sauce(s) they were amazing! Will definitely keep this recipe on hand."
