Quick-Mix Chocolate Cookies These cookies are wonderful, lightly crispy but fudgy and chewy on the inside. I love the sugar coating. Reminds me of the chocolate cookies I loved when I was a kid. I also made them with a sugar free chocolate cake mix, and they were good too, a little after taste but as a diabetic I'm used to that. The texture was the same, that's what I was wanted, SF baked goods are hard to get with a toothsome texture.
