Oven-Fried Chicken Tenders
While good, I like to add a variety of different spices to make the chicken less bland. I also used breasts instead of the preformed frozen ones. This recipe works REALLY well on any type of fish filet (omit the cheese). The Chinese have been using Panko for centuries and it is so easy to make your own.

Grilled Smoky Cheddar Potatoes Packs
I par boiled the potatoes and it cut the cooking time by 60%. Russet potatoes work very well too. I have used this recipie in the oven (350) for about 20 minutes (if potatoes are par boiled), the flavor is not as good but it does the job.

Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Try canned crab or tuna instead, both work equally well. I can;t seem to make enough of them for parties. I add hot mustard for a little more zest.

Bisquick® No-Roll Sugar Cookies
If you are in a hurry, NOTHING beats this recipe. I used 1 TBL. spoon of pure Almond extract and added some toasted shredded almonds into the batter. The crowd went crazy!!!! This is a twist on the Chinese Almond Cookie. If you wish to show off a bit place a toasted whole almond in the center of each cookie.

Grilled Margarita Chicken
Soooooooooo simple and easy! Works for bar-b-que chicken wings as well. A REAL crowd pleaser that keeps me out of the kitchen.
