Swiss Chicken Casserole
I tried this recipe last night and followed the directions exactly. It ended up being a soupy mess. 4 cups was way too much water to mix in with the rice. I thought the recipe sounded weird to just pour the boiling water, rice, and seasoning directly into the baking dish, but I thought oh well, it must be something special. The dish definitely has potential though, just the proportions or the directions aren't right. The chicken was still delicious and I was able to get rice out with a slotted spoon haha! I also added an extra half slice of cheese when I wrapped the chicken with the ham. More cheese the better!
