"I got this down to 98 calories a slice. I used splenda for the sugar. I used 1/2 cup ground flaxseed for 1/2 whole wheat flour. I also only used 1 cup all purpose flour and 2 cups whole wheat flour. I added about 1/2 cup raisins which I think really make it better. I also replaced the oil with the same amount of unsweetened applesauce. I was a little generous with the spices because I used applesauce instead of fat. It tastes really good this way and was moist enough. It only took about 50 minutes though in a convection over."
