Cheese- and Vegetable-Stuffed Shells
brandyann, you are so right I see this all the time on here. I havent tried this recipe either, but I am going to. It sounds like a delicious way to get the kids to eat some yummy veggies!!
starladygs, I work in the field of nutrition, and recomended daily intake of sodium is 2500 a day, so the sodium content is a little high, but not outrageous and you can reduce the sodium by using low sodium sauce, as well as cheese which is where alot of the sodium comes from... point is try it and look at the labels of the items you buy for the ingredients, it may even be less sodium as I think that most of the nutrition info is approximates.
