"WHENEVER I BAKE CANDIED YAMS, I ALWAYS COOK IT FOR 30 MIN AT 400 DEGREES :) .....AND THEN I ADD THE MARSHMALLOW LAYER FOR THE TOP, AND BAKE IT FOR 10 MORE MIN TO BROWN THEM"
