Heavenly Angel Food Cake
"I have baked this for both father's and mother's day, it's my parents favorites. It's also one of my favorites. Delicious and fun to make, much better than store bought angel food cake. Works well in a bundt cake pan as well."

Double-Chocolate Chip Cookies
"A whole dozen was gone in a night! These are one of my favorite kinds of cookies, and they were amazing! They were a little tiny, if you want bigger cookies you might want to make them twice as big and make only a dozen. However they were great! Definetely making them again, doubled."

Christmas Cocoa
"AMAZING! My whole family loves it! However it does not make 8 cups, only 2 or 3. Still terrific, the best hot chocolate I have ever had. MUCH better than the packets."

Mint-Filled Chocolate Thumbprints
Rating:
These are amazing! The cookies themselves are great, a little bit brownie-like, and the creamy mint is what tops it off! Amazing, and am definietely making it again. And to other comments earlier, they looked very good for me just not AS fluffy as they looked on the picture, and they did make four dozen. The mint filling was the perfect amount for all the cookies as well. Also to another comment, homemade things can look like done by food stylists, once i made something that looked better than the picture to my cooking teacher.

Chocolate-Stuffed Peanut Butter Brownies
Rating:
a little bland, but still great. add extra chocolate chips, it's better. Next time I will see if adding more peanut butter might make it less bland. It's not completely bland though, its still good. i wish i could rate this 4.5 stars though.

Marvelous Chocolate Truffles
Rating:
They are very easy to make, just take a little time. Although they were very sweet they were excellent, and I think they were so sweet because of the brands of chocolate chips and baking chocolate I used. However, very yummy and to be proud of. To make them perfect, use a very round teaspoon, overflow it and round the overflowing top so its completely round. You might have to still round it a bit. Deeply coat it in the outer chocolate layering, and put the coating into a bowl so its easier to roll onto and all over the balls. To make swirls on them I didnt use the glaze but just got chocolate on my fingers and drizzled extra on top in swirls since there was a little extra. You will have to use your hands to dip it in the chocolate, a spoon won't work very well. Worth making again. They are good with white baking chocolate so the center is white chocolate, and milk chocolate chips so the outside is milk chocolate. I'm sure they would be good the other way around as well.
