"I made this tonight for supper and my husband and kids really liked it. I did add a few things just like some of the other reviewers. First off, when I cooked the cubed chicken I added some diced onion into the skillet along with some garlic powder, salt & pepper. Then I put the chicken into the baking dish, added a can of corn (drained), 1 cup of instant rice with equal amounts of water and then topped it with the soup, cheese and breadcrumbs. Very flavorful and creamy. I will definitely add this to our list of suppers. Thank you"

"After reading all of the reviews I took a few tips - I also flattened the chicken breasts before seasoning them so they would all cook evenly and I used a little more taco seasoning and sauce too. I made seasoned rice and corn to serve with it and it turned out excellent. Very tender and juicy with a lot of flavor. My kids and my husband really liked it. This will go in with one of my regular dinner-fixings."

"At 8 months pregnant, I was craving something sweet and lemony so I decided to try this recipe. I didn't have fresh lemons on hand but I had refridgerated lemon juice and some lemon extract so I substituted those things for the fresh lemon juice and the lemon zest. This turned out so moist and lemony and absolutely perfect! My husband and kids loved it as much as I did! This would be perfect to take to a bake sale or pot luck or just to have with some tea! I added this to my recipe box! :)"
