"I totally agree with "allgree" below. This is the BEST dessert I have made and/or eaten. It's not hard to make, looks fabulous and tastes sooooo amazing (I serve it cold/cool). I have made it for several years and have even won office dessert contests with this entry (in rather large offices so I had a lot of competition). Once you frost it with the white chocolate layer you can plastic wrap & foil it and can be frozen. I have kept it frozen for 2 weeks then thawed & served with no degradation in flavor or texture. I think the bottom once can be frozen by itself for much longer. I have used semi sweet, dark and bitter sweet chocolate for the bottom. I have used the liquor and not. The flavored coffee syrups in white chocolate also work well in this. I also work part time in a bakery and I use the flourless cake as a gluten-free option for clients - covered with strawberries, whipped cream and dark chocolate sauce. You will not regret trying this recipe. If I could only have one dessert for the rest of my life it would be this. "
