Fudge and Marshmallow-Topped Cocoa Cookies (Cookie Mix)
Really pretty cookies! Recipe a little confusing though - says "1 bag chocolate chips (6 oz)"... and most bags of chocolate chips are actually 12 oz. I ended up going with half a bag and that seems to have worked out well!

Sooo good! I made these for a cocktail party and everyone loved them. Very fancy looking, but not that difficult to make. I only had to bake them for 15 minutes... keep an eye for when the filling just starts to look a little cracked on top. Delicious... ate the leftovers for breakfast the next morning :)

Warm Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Bars
Soo good! And super easy to make too.Easy cutting tip... wait until it cools 10 minutes (as directed), then lightly spray a knife with cooking spray before cutting through the bars. Also, don''t try to just start at one end and drag the knife across the whole tray (this caused the marshmallows to really get messed up). Instead, use short quick cuts forward while dragging the knife backwards. It cut super easily for me, and you can still eat them all melty and warm. mmmm!

Potato-Spinach Swirl Casserole
This recipe was delicious!! My two ex-husbands and new fiance all agreed that it was even better than the traditional greenbean casserole recipe (which honestly always left me feeling somewhat bloated). I would recommend this recipe to anyone BUT my future mother in law :/
