"These cookies were SO easy to make and VERY GOOD. They are light and airy... you don't feel so bad eating ALL of them! I used Devil Foods cake mix and mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels and they turned out great! Next time, I might mix the mini morsels into the icing too & try peanut butter morsels in the cookie mix. "

"VERY EASY! I don't even like coconut and only made these for a friend, but now they are a fav of mine. All my friends love them and always asks me to make more. The chocolate drizzle was too hard for a novice like me, but the cookies are super delicious without them. Use parchment paper or Reynolds Release when baking them and WATCH OUT... they do burn pretty quickly, but they are oh so moist when baked just right. "

These cookies were SO easy to make and VERY GOOD. They are light and airy... you don't feel so bad eating ALL of them!
