"This is an excellent dish: quick, easy, and cheap! It's kind of a spin off stuffed green peppers, only way less time consuming, but just as delicious! I added a little onion and ground black pepper to taste. I will keep it in my "favorites" to make again and again! "

"This recipe was pretty good. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup and some milk so we could have more gravy for our mashed potatoes, otherwise, the gravy was not real "creamy" and was turning out to be more like a paste. Next time, I will not add the extra mushrooms if I make the gravy with cream of mushroom soup. The chicken was very delicious and moist, however, you have to pound the chicken VERY thin, or it takes longer than 3-4 minutes per side for the chicken to cook thoroughly. Very good!"
