"This was simple and tasty. I took a cue from some of the other reviewers who said it was bland and tweaked it a little by adding salt & pepper to my pork before stir frying. Also, I used 2 bouillon cubes instead of the ramen seasonings, plus added some garlic powder."

"Quick and fairly easy to prepare. Not very flavorful with just salt and pepper, but it's easy enough to tweak the recipe by adding your own seasonings. I topped my filets with a saute of onions, garlic and kernel corn. They'd be good, too, topped with some fresh salsa."

"This was very easy to make. I didn't have the El Paso kit either. I made a packet of McCormick enchilada sauce. I put about 3/4 of the sauce and a small can of pork-n-beans into the meat. Also, I cooked it without the onions and without the sour cream because not everyone in our house like those. I served chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream on the side. It was very tasty and we'll be making it again. "

"This was fairly easy to make (although cutting up the biscuits was a bit tedious), but no one in my family liked it. It was way to bread-y. It would probably be better as a side item or an appetizer -- serve a chunk of pizza bread with your lasagna, salad, or other entree."

"This was very good. Easy to make, too. I used hamburger instead of sausage, to reduce the amount of fat in the recipe."
