"This was a big hit at my house. Very easy with a lot of flavor. It is always nice to find a quick and inexpensive meal that utilizes things we have in our pantry day to day. My husband loved it."

"This was just ok. I thought I would like it more, since classic creamed tuna w/ peas is one of my favorite dishes. This was quite bland - perhaps, there was too much cream and not enough tuna. It was certainly edible, but nothing I would make again."

"This skillet meal was very good and I plan to make it again. The chili part of the dish was excellent. My 10 year old enjoyed scooping it up w/ tortilla chips and my husband said twice how much he liked it. The reason I rated it a 4 was because of the dumplings. I am accustomed to making dumplings, however these were more "doughy" than usual. They tasted as if they were not cooked all the way, except they were in fact cooked thoroughly. Next time I make this, I will make the dumplings w/ milk instead of water to see if that helps. I also regretted using cheese, as they coated the dumplings in an unpleasing way - contributing to the "undercooked" taste."

"This was just ok. My husband liked it, but it was not what I expected. If I make it again, I will use oil instead of cooking spray. The chops lacked the crispy coating that I was expecting. There was also a ton of sauce - I may use half the amount if I make again."

Tortellini with Fresh Vegetables

This recipe was wonderful! It was not bland at all. It had a wonderfully "fresh" flavor, the tomatoes releasing their juices and coating the tortellini. My picky husband and 10 year old also loved it - have made it twice so far. To reduce the cost, I used frozen tortellini and grape tomatoes (cheaper in my area), slicing the tomatoes in half. I also mostly doubled the recipe, using twice the tortellini, oil, spices, and peppers. In total, I only used one pint of tomatoes and one squash. This can be "changed up" easily by using different colored peppers and squash.
