"This was very good! The word "pancake" in the name seems a bit misleading, but it was a great casserole. I made it for my family, and my husband and father-in-law were a little worried, I think, that it would taste like quiche, but after trying it everyone really liked it--it was more solid and less fluffy than a quiche. After reading some of the reviews, I did decide to add some veggies (green pepper, onion, and green onion) and extra spices (garlic and dill weed), which I think was a good choice. The warmed-up leftovers were also tasty--although the texture was not as good as the original, the flavors were just as delicious."

"I made these bars this past weekend for family that was visiting from out of town. Since my sister-in-law does not eat meat, I made half the recipe with bacon and half without. I tried both bars, and although both were good, the ones with the bacon were definitely better! The crispy, salty bacon added an extra flavor that really improved the (already good) bars. Plus, these were SUPER easy to make! They were a hit!"

"Can anybody who has made this recipe please tell me what size pouch of peanut butter cookie mix you used? The recipe doesn't specifcy a pouch size, and the pouches come in two different sizes. They come in an 8.6 ounce "snack size" pouch and a 17.5 ounce pouch. Thanks!"
