"I used 10oz of cream cheese with the same amount of sugar in order to cover my base. I could not find apple Jelly here on Maui so I mixed two preserves with some Grand Marnier,warmed it, ran it through a sieve...It was a major hit. I used a silicone pizza cutter from King Arthur Flour to preserve my pan & a silicone pie server"
