Asian Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Aioli
I followed this recipe almost to the letter. I grilled the Tuna on a 2 burner gas grill at about 400 degrees for exactly ten minutes. Served with cous cous primivera and wild rice pearl onion and cranberry pilaf from Whole Foods Market (served cold), and a microwaved sweet potato. baste the Tuna twice on each side while cooking. Note: our elevation is almost 6000 feet above sea level, so adjust your cooking time accordingly.
